Butter Cookies

have been staying at home all day hoping to do some work for the market next week but end up spending all my time on the net and not doing anything useful. Anyway, want to have something to eat to go with my coffee but there's nothing at home except some butter and milk and bread. So I decided to make some butter cookies and started to search for the recipe. Oh God, this is the time I realized there are so many different ways to measure a piece of butter, 1 cup of butter/ 1 stick or butter/ 1 ounces of butter, the list goes on and on... I was really frustrated and finally got to an Aussie website and get an Australia recipe instead.
