new fabrics

I really enjoy making fabrics
mainly because it gives me lots of creative spaces
but it's expensive to make fabrics though
take the balloon fabric as exmaple

it looks easy as they're all circle
but it took almost half a bottle of paint to paint one big balloon
and one small tube to paint the small ones
it costs almost 20 bucks to make the whole fabric
the plum blossom fabric looks simple but it also takes lots of paint for branches
both of the fabric that I have done today were stencil print
I like stencil more than stamp coz it's easier
but you can't make complicated patterns with stencil
I definately need to learn screen print when I have time and money
