shameless neighbours

I am living in an inner city suburbs apartment. My neighbours, who are unbelivably shameless are having party every single day this holiday. Well, they have party almot every long weekend, sometimes just usual weekend. At first, only people in one particular unit are shameless then another group of female moved in and they're all joint together and have party every weekend. (sometimes week day as well, I wonder why these people don't need to work) They turned the music so loud that you can't hear your own tv even the windows are closed. They were all laughing, smoking and drinking. They don't even know what on earth they're laughing coz they're so drunk. Someone from 10 floors shouted at them once and they can never hear coz they're just so loud. The neighbour next door even called the police here once but you can't believe these stupid people put a notice on the noticeboard and asked WHY we called the police before we knocked their door!!! COME ON...they don't even know we DID knocked the door, just because the music was so loud so they can't hear us!!
This is long weekend again and their party is on AGAIN...
sleepless....just sleepless...
