Taiwan Dumplings

I guess we can just find all kinds of Asian food in Sydney. Since I started working full time, I have no time to walk around the city anymore, after 3 and a half months, yesterday we finally relax a little bit and eat around Sydney central, surprisingly, there are many new shops and restaurants opening. The one excited me the most is the Taiwan dumplings restaurant on 2nd floor in World Square. It took an hour to wait last night so we gave up and went to eat Malaysian food (still have to wait for half an hour). This afternoon we went back to the Taiwan Dumplings restaurant, luckily, it took only half an hour to get a seat. The steam soup dumplings are so good. It's 6 per servce. I guese I can eat 10 serves by myself... The good thing about the dumplings is the soup and meat melt in your mouth together. Usually if you go Yum Cha or other Chinese restaurants, the pasty is either too thick (make the dumplings taste like a bun) or too thin (the soup inside the dumplings leak out) The one we just have today at the Taiwanese restaurant is just perfect.
This restaurant is new and it's expensive. $8.80 per serve. Honestly, I'll just go there for the dumplings. $10 is worth to have a go, but the other noodles or rice are just on average. I mean with that price... you can definately get more than that in China Town (which is just across the road)
The Fried Taro spring roll desert is also very good....
I wish I could take some photos... but once I saw the food on the table, I forgot everything!haha
