Chinese New Year

I was telling my friend Nick how Chinese people use Chinese calendar to calculate their age. I told him you were born as 1 year old and you gain another year when it's New Year, so generally speaking, you can gain 2 years more than your real age in Chinese calendar. Of course he thought it's ridiculous! coz his birthday is actually the second day of the Chinese New Year. (oh by the way, this guy born in year of rabbit, if he came out 2 days earlier, he born in year of tiger, he was very disappointed when i told him that coz he wants to be a tiger than a rabbit...) Anyway, back to the calendar thing. So if he born a day before chinese new year, that means he's 2 years old according to the chinese calendar even if he's 2 days old! haha
