Haven't post any new patterns or new works on my blog for ages... I seriously don't know what I have done in the past 6 months, just feel like time has been slipping away from my hand so fast that I can't don't even notice.

what the...

I had a bottle of mud facial mask from New Zealand and I have been using it for awhile. Few days ago, I put the mask on, got myself a cup of tea, lied on the couch, made myself really comfortable and relax. I peeled a bit of the mask off while I was watching TV but then I fell asleep! I woke up (god knows how long) later and completely forgot I had the mask on my face and went to bed! The next morning I almost gave myself a heart-attack when I looked at myself in the mirror !! Since it's a mud mask, it's kind of green-ish and gray-ish, Oh My God, it's so scary coz it's half peeled, it's kind of look like Hong Kong foot, but it's on my face !!! EWWWWWW

Also because I have problem skin from time to time, so my first thought was "fxxk!!! what is wrong with my face!!!!" But when I looked at the mirror close enough, I realized it's the mask from last night... what a relief....

Stars Signs

I quite like the Stars Signs section in the Sunday magazine. I don't read it very often but everytime I read it, it said something really touchy.

I've been traveling a lot recently, I went to NZ at the beginning of the month, then my parents came to visit me for 2 weeks and we traveled to quite a few places along the coast. By the time I sat down here, October is already gone. It's good that all the traveling kept me busy because this month is actually the 1st anniversary that I m back to my single life. Not that I am regret or anything. I m just glad that all these traveling keep my mind out of this issue.

In fact, a year after the separation, I m happier than ever and I am very proud of myself making that decision. As my star sign said "It's time to forgive a part of your history". I guess it's time to let go.

Haven't update my blog for quite awhile but if you look at my flickr, you probably will notice I haven't stop working at all.
I don't understand why I am always busy.
Sometimes I asked myself why don't I have an ordinary life just as everybody else. Right now, I have three illustration books, one Chinese book (the continue of my first book), one newspaper column, one consignment order, one ebay business with a friend, one night time teaching job and one full time job, not to mention I still want to boost my business a little bit before Christmas.
Work's been busy and changing a lot lately. Not happy changes and make me very frustrated. I have a week couldn't sleep and couldn't focus on anything not even watching TV. I guess now the time has pass and what I need to do is just wait and see.

This is the first time I used computer to do the whole drawing. It was very difficult coz my touch pad isn't working very well. And also when I was almost done, this stupid computer ran out of battery and everything was lost. I screamed coz everything was lost. What the hell... so the drawing that you're looking at now is actually my second attempt...

As a chinese brush painting teacher, it's a shame to say that I haven't play with real colors for LONG TIME! So long that I can't even remember how to control water. Should practice more....
Anyway, these patterns will go to my new fabric print. Can't wait!
